Step into a pivotal role at Dolead as a Product Manager and shape the future of online advertising. Here, you’ll lead our innovative product portfolio, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams from engineering to marketing, identifying market opportunities and ensuring each product not only launches but makes a resounding impact !
The role :
Roadmap & Prioritization: Drive and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision. Manage and prioritize the product backlog according to the strategic vision and quarterly roadmap, ensuring that the team is focused on the most impactful tasks.
Product Impact & User Enablement: Implement and oversee KPIs to measure and enhance the impact of tech features. Promote the adoption and utilization of tech features through comprehensive user training and clear, concise documentation.
Stakeholder Communication & Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, managing effective two-way communication to gather feedback and provide updates on project progress. Clearly communicate product releases and ensure stakeholder needs and expectations are met.
Market Research & Product Discovery: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the online advertising industry. Lead product discovery initiatives to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions that align with market needs and the company's strategic vision.
Operational Excellence & Quality Control: Address and resolve production issues promptly and participate actively in quality assurance processes to ensure product integrity and optimal user experience.
This role is based in the Paris area
7+ years of experience in Product Management, and a track record of successfully overseeing and delivering multiple projects ideally in the Digital Advertising sector
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use insights to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to prioritize, to balance organizational goals with stakeholder satisfaction through excellent communication and relationship management
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Proficiency in conducting market research and leading product discovery initiatives to align solutions with market needs and trends
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related fields
- Experience in Product Design is a plus
