We are a global leader in Lead generation and we power the growth of 200 clients across 15 countries in Europe & North America. We are lucky to have a team of 90+ experts with 13 different nationalities, working remotely and in our offices in France and the US.
We work alongside our client marketing and sales team to power their growth. Dolead runs paid marketing campaigns faster, integrates customer data with confidence and generates sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead.
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to work in our French office based in Paris. This experience will be full of rich and varied missions and will offer you an international entrepreneurial experience.
You will be responsible for managing and driving a portfolio of clients in the UK.

Your role:
Portfolio Management
- Prepare and animate monthly and quarterly business reviews with the clients.
- Coordinate all stakeholders from the launch phase through to long-term activity oversight.
- Analyze performance to identify opportunities for revenue and profitability optimization, as well as business growth.
- Raise alerts in a responsive manner in case of issues/churn risk. Facilitate effective communication between your clients and Dolead.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks (reporting, invoicing, …)
Portfolio Growth
- Develop strategies for client retention and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to expand client accounts in collaboration with the Performance Marketing Manager and negotiate with the clients to increase sales (PPL, categories, channels, …).
- Drive account planning for long-term growth/partnership.
Build client relationships
- Cultivate strong client relationships as a trusted point of contact. Acquire a thorough understanding of their needs, KPIs and requirements and proactively assess their evolution.
- Understand the sector's expectations and the client's activities to offer tailored solutions.
- Share best practices and anticipate future client needs to continually add value.
Profile :
- You have 3+ years of experience in Account Management, managing a multi-million portfolio of key strategic accounts
- You have strong sales acumen
- You have strong communication & presentation skills
- You are data driven and organized
- You are fluent in English - other European languages are a plus
- You dream of an international experience and have an entrepreneurial spirit
- You are familiar with Paid advertising (Lead Generation is a plus)
- You are able to work in a fast paced environment
